Nails are a small ritual with a big return. Sitting down, choosing a set, and putting your hands back together is care you can see all week.
Artistry, not output
Every set is painted by hand. Chrome, cat eye, swirls, flames, florals — the strange idea is the good idea here.

There's no shop open yet — no cart, no checkout, no pretending. When the first collection is finalized, this is where the sets go on sale, and the drop is announced by email and on social.
Custom press-ons are accepted for absolutely any idea — a color you can't stop thinking about, a set built around an outfit, a reference photo, or something nobody has made yet.

Press-ons only look expensive when they fit. Measure at home for a solid estimate, or order the $8 sizing kit for the real thing.

These suggestions are a guide built on standard press-on widths. Fit varies with nail curvature, so the $8 sizing kit is the most accurate option — and it is the one I recommend before any custom set.
Measure at home
1. Lay a flexible tape measure or a strip of paper across the widest part of your natural nail, sidewall to sidewall.
2. Mark the paper, then measure the mark against a ruler in millimeters.
3. Repeat for all ten nails — hands are rarely symmetrical.
4. If you land between two sizes, size up. A slightly wide nail can be filed; a narrow one can't be fixed.
Most accurate option: the $8 sizing kit. You try real tips on real nails, and your sizes are locked in for every future set.

Why nails
Caregiving fills every hour of the day. Nails became the one thing that was mine — a small, loud, colorful place to put all of that creative energy back into something I made with my own hands.
How I work
Every set is painted one nail at a time, at home, usually late at night. No mass production, no filler designs — if it isn't something I'd wear proudly, it doesn't get sent out.
Where this is going
The plan is bigger than press-ons: a full maximalist nail beauty brand built in public, one collection at a time. You're early, and that's the fun part.

Custom press-ons are open by request. Email me your idea — colors, length, shape, references — and we'll work out the details and pricing together before anything is made.
Is the shop open?+
Not yet. The Polish Project is pre-launch: there is no cart or checkout on this site. Ready-to-buy sets will be announced here and on social when the first collection is finalized.
How do sizing kits work?+
The $8 sizing kit is a set of blank tips you try on at home to find your exact size per nail. It is the most accurate option and I recommend it before any custom set. You can also use the size recorder on this page for a close estimate.
How long will an order take?+
Turnaround times will be announced once ordering opens. For custom requests, I'll give you a realistic timeline in our email conversation rather than promising a date I can't keep.
What lengths and shapes can I get?+
Extra short through long as fuck, in square, rounded, oval, squoval, almond, stiletto, or coffin. Any style, for anyone.
